Our buyer consultation service will guide you through the home buying process. Our team will connect you with one of our preferred lenders. This step will help you obtain your pre-approval and establish a timeline and budget that works best for you.​
HOME SEARCH
The home buying process can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! Our team will set up a custom search for properties that meet your criteria that will allow you access to them first! Once this step is complete, you will be able to preview potential homes online and schedule showings to view the ones you are most interested in!
NEGOTIATE
Canull Group will assist you on writing an offer to purchase your favorite property. Our teams experience of the local market will help negotiate the terms of the offer that will lead to an accepted contract. The next step will be to deposit earnest money (1% of the purchase price) and complete loan application to secure financing.
DUE DILIGENCE
Our team of experienced and knowledgeable agents are here to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy and stress-free as possible. During the due diligence step work with our partner vendors to arrange a home inspection. Our experience with home renovations comes into play when resolving/negotiating any inspection issues. In addition, we also provide assistance with obtaining homeowners insurance. Our goal is to make sure that every step of the process runs smoothly.
CLOSING TIME
Prior to your closing day our team will provide a final walk-through to ensure your home is ready for you. At closing one of our agents will be onsite with you and help review the final paperwork. Once your closing documents are signed and completed, you will be ready to walk out with you new keys in hand!
