STEP 1: Evaluating Your Home

First step will be to evaluate your home's condition. It is very important that we are able to address any cosmetic or functional problems and discuss potential upgrades or improvements that may bring additional value to your sale 

STEP 2: Choosing an Asking Price

Our market knowledge and research will help determine a competitive list price. We will discuss current market conditions and how important pricing your home is to understand what the market will pay to ensure a successful sale.

STEP 3: Get Market Ready

Preparing your home to hit the market can make a huge difference. We will discuss any maintenance, repairs, renovations, upgrades and or staging needed before going on the market. Remember curb appeal matters!

STEP 4: Listings & Showings

Once we have prepared your home for the market we will schedule a professional photographer to come and take listing photos. We will then create a custom plan to market your home!


 Once listed we will organize showings and create an inviting atmosphere for buyers touring the home.

STEP 5: Offers, Inspections & Appraisal

Our negotiation experience will help you determine whether to accept, counter, reject or negotiate until an agreement is made by all parties. . Depending on the negotiation strategy, you may choose to complete repairs requested by the buyers in order to optimize other negotiation factors.

 

Once an agreement is made we will help with the appraisal to evaluate the condition of the home 

STEP 6: Closing

YAY! You've made it to closing day! The buyers lender will provide the final confirmation that they are approved to close and you will sign the paperwork required to complete the sale. Once all paperwork is signed by all parties, your title company will wire the net proceeds of the sale to your bank account, and your home will be officially sold!
